Refund Cancellation

At Skool Pulse, we aim to deliver a seamless and efficient experience for all our users.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be processed for our SaaS-based school management services.


1. Subscription and Payments

  • Skool Pulse operates on a subscription-based model.

  • By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed during registration or renewal.

  • All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways.


2. Free Trial (If Applicable)

We may offer a free trial period to allow schools or institutions to explore the platform before making a purchase.
Once the free trial ends, continued access requires a paid subscription.
Users are encouraged to evaluate the platform during this period, as refunds will not be issued after subscription activation.


3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team or through your account dashboard (if available).
Please note:

  • Cancellation will stop future billing cycles.

  • Access to premium modules will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • After cancellation, your account may be downgraded to a limited or read-only version.

No automatic refunds are issued for cancellation requests.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same subscription.

  • Technical issues: If a verified technical problem on our end prevents you from accessing the platform after payment, and we are unable to resolve it within 7 business days.

  • Service unavailability: If the service is permanently discontinued by Skool Pulse.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment along with valid proof (invoice, transaction ID, or screenshot).

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind or unused subscription time

  • User-side technical or internet issues

  • Violations of our Terms of Service

  • Third-party payment or billing errors not caused by Skool Pulse


5. Refund Process

  • Your registered email ID

  • Transaction or invoice details

  • Reason for the refund request

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


6. Account Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, you will not be eligible for any refund, partial or full.


7. Policy Updates

We may update or revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
