By accessing or using Skool Pulse, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

  • Holidays

  • And other related school operations

We may update or improve our services periodically, and certain features may be added, modified, or discontinued.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, users must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Be responsible for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.

4. Authorized Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful and authorized purposes.
You must not:

  • Use the platform for fraudulent or malicious purposes.

All institutional and user data uploaded to Skool Pulse remains the property of the respective school or institution.
We act as a service provider to host and manage such data securely.

6. Subscription and Payment

Access to certain features or modules may require a paid subscription.

  • Subscription fees, billing terms, and renewal policies will be communicated during setup.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement.

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, and materials on the Skool Pulse platform — including logos, designs, and code — are owned or licensed by Skool Pulse Technologies.
You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance

  • Technical issues beyond our control

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, outages, etc.)

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance or service disruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Skool Pulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the service.

  • We are not responsible for data loss caused by user error, third-party actions, or force majeure.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service within the last 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms or applicable laws.

  • You misuse or abuse the platform.

  • You fail to make required payments (if applicable).

Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, but data retention or export may be available as per your plan or agreement.

Use of such services is governed by their respective terms, and we are not responsible for their actions or policies.
